ရန်ကုန်၊ မြန်မာ။ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလ (၁၆) ရက်။ ။ AGD ဘဏ် ရုံးချုပ်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိသော ရုံးဝန်ထမ်း၌ COVID-19 တွေ့ရှိကြောင်း ယနေ့တွင် အတည်ပြုလိုက်သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာန မှ ဧပြီလ (၁၅) ရက်နေ့တွင် ထုတ်ပြန်သော COVID-19 ရောဂါ စစ်ဆေးမှုအဖြေများအရ AGD ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်းအား Case-71 အဖြစ် ရောဂါပိုးတွေ့ရှိကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။ ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်း မှာ Case-008, 028, 040 တို့နှင့် ထိတွေ့မှုရှိခဲ့သည် (Case-008 သည် မတ်လ (၂၈) ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ရောဂါပိုးတွေ့ရှိကြောင်း ကြေညာထားသော လူနာရှင်ဖြစ်သည်။)

ယခုကဲ့သို့ ခက်ခဲသော အချိန်တွင် AGD ဘဏ်အနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့၏ Customers များနှင့် ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ ကျန်းမာရေးကို အဓိက ဦးစားပေးအဖြစ် ထားရှိသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်နှိမ်နင်း၊ တိုက်ဖျက်ရေးကိုလည်း အပြည့်အဝ ပံ့ပိုးပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ယခုအခါတွင် ရောဂါပိုးတွေ့ရှိထားသူနှင့် သူမ၏ မိသားစုအား အဖက်ဖက်မှ လိုအပ်သည်များကို ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက် ရှိပါသည်။

AGD ဘဏ်အနေဖြင့် မတ်လ (၂၈) ရက်နေ့တွင် ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်း၏ အဒေါ်ဖြစ်သူ(Case-008) အား COVID-19 ကူးစက်ခံ ရသည် ဟု ကြားသိရသည်နှင့် တပြိုင်နက် အဆိုပါဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်းအား နေအိမ်၌ Home Quarantine ပြုလုပ်စေခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်း သည် ရုံးတွင်းဝန်ထမ်း ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် အပြင် Customer များနှင့်လည်း လုံးဝထိတွေ့ခြင်းမရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။ အဆိုပါဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်း နှင့် တိုက်ရိုက် အနီးကပ်ထိတွေ့ခဲ့သည့် ဝန်ထမ်း များ အားလုံးကိုလည်း ၎င်းတို့၏အိမ်တွင်သာ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ရန် ညွှန်ကြားထားပြီး နေ့စဉ် ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းခြင်းများအား ဆက်တိုက်ပြုလုပ် လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

ထို့အပြင် AGD ဘဏ်ရုံးချုပ်တစ်ခုလုံးသာမက အသွားအလာများ၊ အသုံးများသည့် နေရာများဖြစ်သော ဓါတ်လှေကား၊ အများသုံးအိမ်သာ၊ လှေကားနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း ကြို\ပို့ ကားများအားလုံးကို နေရာလပ်မကျန် ပိုးသတ်ဆေးဖြန်းခြင်း၊ သန့်စင်ခြင်းများအား ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း မတ်လ (၂၁) ရက်မှ စတင်၍ နေ့စဉ်ပုံမှန် သေချာစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

AGD ဘဏ်သည် Customer များ နှင့် AGD ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်းများ COVID-19 ကူးစက်မှုမရှိစေရန် အထူးအလေးထားဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ မတ်လ (၁၄) ရက် မှစတင်၍

• ဝန်ထမ်းများအား မိမိတို့နေအိမ်များမှ အလုပ်လုပ်စေခြင်း၊

• ရုံးချုပ်နှင့် ဘဏ်ခွဲများတွင် Social distancing များ ကျင့်သုံးခြင်း

• ဘဏ်ခွဲများ နှင့် AGD ဘဏ်ရုံးချုပ်သို့ လာရောက်သော Customer များနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ကိုယ်အပူချိန်တိုင်းတာခြင်း၊

• ပိုးသတ် လက်သန့်ဆေးရည်များ။ face masks များ၊ လက်အိတ်များနှင့် အခြားလိုအပ်သော အကာအကွယ်များအား ထားရှိပေးခြင်း၊

• COVID-19 ကာလအတွင်း သတင်းအချက်အလက်အမှန်များ၊ ဆောင်ရန် ရှောင်ရန်များ အား အသိပညာပေးခြင်း၊

• ဘဏ်ခွဲများ နှင့် AGD ဘဏ်ရုံးချုပ်တွင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် ပိုးသတ်ခြင်းကို ကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း စသည့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အလေ့အကျင့် တို့ကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပြုလုပ်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။

သင်္ကြန် ကာလအပြီးဘဏ်ခွဲများ ပြန်လည်ဖွင့် လှစ်ချိန်တွင်လည်း Business Continuity Plan (BCP) အရ အဓိကအရေးကြီးသော ဝန်ထမ်းအချို့ မှလွဲ၍ ကျန်ဝန်ထမ်းများကို မိမိတို့၏ နေအိမ်မှသာ အလုပ်လုပ်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို အနည်းဆုံးဝန်ထမ်းအင်အားဖြင့် ပုံမှန်အတိုင်းလည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီး ဘဏ်ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် Customer များကိုတိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့မှု မရှိအောင်လည်း စီမံထားရှိပါသည်။ ဘဏ်ခွဲများအားလုံးကိုလည်း နေရာလပ်မကျန် ပိုးသတ်ဆေးဖြန်းခြင်း များပြုလုပ်ထားပြီးဖြစ်ပြီး အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အလေ့အကျင့်များကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း COVID-19 စတင်ပြန့်နှံ့သည့်အချိန်မှစ၍ AGD ဘဏ်သည် မိမိတို့၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများ နှင့် ဘဏ်သို့လာသော Customers များရောဂါပိုး မကူးစက်စေရေး အတွက် အထူးဂရုပြု အလေးထားဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာန ၏ ထပ်မံ ညွှန်ကြားလာမည့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း တသွေမတိမ်း လိုက်နာသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းလဲ အသိပေး ကြေညာ အပ်ပါသည်။

Statement on Confirmed COVID-19 case of an Employee at AGD HQ

Yangon, Myanmar, 16th April 2020 – AGD Bank confirms that one employee working at the AGD head office has been infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The employee (Case-71) was announced positive by MOHS on April 15th, 2020 as a result of contact with Case-008, 028, 040 (Case-008 was announced COVID-19 positive by MOHS on March 28th, 2020).

During these difficult times, AGD Bank is fully dedicated to support Myanmar’s fight against the virus with the well being of our customers and employees as the utmost priority. We are rendering necessary support to the employee who has tested positive and her family during this period.

AGD has taken necessary measures and safeguards since Case-008 has been announced as COVID-19 positive by MOHS on March 28th, 2020.

Since then, AGD has put the said employee who was in direct contact with Case-008 under home quarantine. The employee is a back office staff member, and therefore, no customer contact has been made to our knowledge. Furthermore, we identified all other employees in close contact and have instructed them to work from home.

As additional sanitation measures, the whole building which includes common areas such as lifts, toilets, stairs, office ferries has been regularly deep cleaned and disinfected since March 21st, 2020 in accordance with MOHS guidelines. We will continue to carry out our sanitation, social distancing, and work from home programs to put the best fight up against the novel coronavirus.

Since 14th March, other precautionary measures that have been put in place include:

● Work from home programs

● Social distancing measures in both head office and branches

● Temperature screening to all customers and staffs at our office buildings and branches

● Ensuring the availability of protective equipment (i.e. hand sanitizers, face masks, hand gloves, and other barriers) to all front-line staffs at all branches and buildings

● Implementing knowledge sharing programs on Do’s and Don’ts amid COVID-19

● Cleaning and disinfection of our premises on a regular basis

When we re-open our branches after Thingyan Holidays we will continue to have the above measures in place. We have activated our business continuity plans with employees working from home and at multiple locations for minimal disruption to bank operations.

AGD Bank will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure the well-being of our employees, customers, partners and will follow diligently all the instructions from MOHS.
