Prudential Myanmar Introduces Good Vibe Tribe, a Community for Everyone to Improve Their Health and Wellness
Community to be launched with an event, the Good Vibe Tribe Festival, at Novotel Yangon Max on 30 July 2022, during which attendees can enjoy free Zumba, yoga and dance workshops together with other community members
Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance Limited (Prudential Myanmar) has set out to form Myanmar’s largest, inclusive community focused on fitness and wellness to encourage people across the country to adopt healthy habits on a daily basis.
Named the Good Vibe Tribe, the community is being formed via a Facebook Group and it is open to everyone to join, free of charge.
Members of the “Good Vibe Tribe Community by Prudential Myanmar” can enjoy free Zumba, yoga and dance classes led by expert instructors conducted online, with offline, in-person classes and activities to be held in the near future. The community allows members to connect, learn, set exercise challenges, work towards health goals and inspire others to kick-start their health journey. Educational content around the topics of health and wellness will also be shared with the community.

‘Good Vibe Tribe Festival’ Event on Saturday, 30 July 2022
To kick off the Good Vibe Tribe community, Prudential Myanmar invites the public to attend the Good Vibe Tribe Festival, an event to be held in Novotel Yangon Max on Saturday, 30 July 2022, from 9am to 12pm.
The event will feature Zumba, yoga and dance workout sessions that anyone can participate in, free of charge, and will enable attendees to bond with others based on the common goal of enjoying healthy habits.

Registration and attendance at the event is free of charge, however, attendees must register in advance for admission to the event for health and safety reasons.
Registration is on a first-come-first served basis and registered attendees will receive a QR code to scan at the event venue.
Leading the Good Vibe Tribe activities are ‘tribe leaders’ Noel, a Zumba instructor, May Thell Oo, a dance instructor and Leo Marco, a yoga instructor.
They will also lead the workout sessions during the Good Vibe Tribe Festival.
