၁။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုကော်မရှင်၏ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်/ အတည်ပြုမိန့်တို့ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO) တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများမှ Covid-19 ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါကာလအတွင်း ပြည်ပတွင် ရောက်ရှိနေသော ၄င်းတို့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားသားဝန်ထမ်းများအား Relief Flight ဖြင့် လိုက်ပါခွင့်ပြုပါရန်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြုပါရန် ကော်မရှင်နှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီများညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနတို့သို့ တင်ပြလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
၂။ ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများမှ Relief Flight ဖြင့် လိုက်ပါခွင့်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေး အမျိုးသား အဆင့်ဗဟိုကော်မတီမှ ပြည်ထောင်စုအဆင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးဌာနများသို့ ထောက်ခံချက်များ/ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်များ တောင်းခံလာပါက မဖြစ်မနေ အရေးတကြီး လာရောက်ရန် အမှန်တကယ် လိုအပ်သူ ဟုတ်/မဟုတ် စိစစ်ပြီးမှသာ ထောက်ခံချက် ထုတ်ပေးပါရန်နှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာပူး ပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ လိုအပ်သောစိစစ်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်စေ ရန်ညွှန်ကြားထားပါသည်။
၃။ COVID-19 ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားနေမှုကာလအတွင်း Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေး အမျိုးသားအဆင့် ဗဟိုကော်မတီ အစည်းအဝေး ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အရ အလုပ်သမား၊ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူ့အင်အား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ပြည်တွင်းရှိ စီမံကိန်းလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများမှ နိုင်ငံခြားသားများ လာရောက်ရာတွင် ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ ခွင့်ပြုခြင်း မရှိသေးကြောင်းသိရှိရပါသည်။
၄။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုကော်မရှင်၏ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်/ အတည်ပြုမိန့်တို့ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအတွက် ကော်မရှင်က ခန့်အပ်ခွင့်ပြုခဲ့ပြီးသော နိုင်ငံခြားသားများနှင့် Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO) တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအတွက် Company Extract Form တွင်ပါရှိသည့် Officers, Members များနှင့် ၄င်းတို့၏ မိသားစုဝင်များအနေဖြင့် Relief Flight ဖြင့် လိုက်ပါခွင့်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ပြန်လည် ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်အတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံးများသို့သာ ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါရန် နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာသံရုံးများ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင် ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုကော်မရှင်နှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီများညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနသို့ သဘောထားမေးမြန်းလာသည့်အခါ စိစစ်ပြန်ကြား ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RE-ENTRY OF FOREIGNERS TO MYANMAR

1. During COVID-19 Pandemic period, companies which have received Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) permit or endorsement and companies which have registered with Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO), submit applications to MIC and, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) for re-entry of their foreign experts to Myanmar by relief flight.
2. In this regard, the national level organizations and ministries are instructed to scrutinize whether the requested person is urgently required for re-entry or not and issue recommendation only for that person if the National Level Central Committee for Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19 requests for the recommendation and instructed to the Ministry of International Cooperation to access on this matter.
3. According to the decision of National Level Central Committee for Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19 Meeting, Ministry of Labor, Immigration and Population does not grant arrival visa for foreigners of local projects, businesses, construction and governmental projects.
4. Hence, all companies which have received MIC permit or endorsement and companies registered with MyCO, must directly contact to respective Myanmar Embassies regarding with re-entry of foreign officers and members who are included in Company Extract Form and their families by relief flight. MIC and DICA will coordinate with the respective Embassies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of International Cooperation when they request for the confirmation on this regards.
